Reiki, also known as energy healing. Heal emotional, mental, spiritual and physical imbalances in the body by balancing the chakras and letting your energy flow through and around you naturally.

Reflexology, a drug free way to manage pain, alleviate stress, restore and maintain the body’s natural balance and increased healing by applying pressure to hands and feet. Add Indian head massage to combo packages for extra release of tension.

Aromatherapy and Thai aroma oil massage, uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being. When inhaled it stimulate brain function and when applied to skin, promotes whole-body healing. It improves sleep quality, release tension, agitation and anxiety.

SAFETY AND COVID MEASURES

The health and safety of our clients and health care workers is our top priority. We are complying with standards of safety protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19. We have limited the number of in-person visits, increased the time between appointments to clean, sanitize, and disinfect the centre. In public settings, we will practice social distancing. To eliminate the use of the waiting room, we ask clients to wait in their cars until it’s the time of their appointment. Face mask is optional and hand sanitizing gel will be provided at entrance. Intake form will be provided with screening questions. We look forward to supporting the well being of our clients. We appreciate your patience, support, and understanding of these protocols.
